Southern Indiana Shihtzu Jessica Langdon 2 PUPPIES DIED! STILL OWES ME MONEY AFTER ONE YEAR!!!! Bruceville, Indiana
I placed a deposit on a puppy from Southern Indiana Shih-tzu around October 2010. Jessica warned me that the particular puppy was small and would probably have health problems. A few weeks later she informed me that the puppy I wanted died. Therefore, I agreed to take his brother.
I was scheduled to get the new puppy around December 20, 2010. The morning that I was supposed to pick the puppy up from the airport, I received an email from Jessica telling me that the puppy I was supposed to get died also. I was told that she went Christmas shopping and when she returned home the puppy had hung himself in the playpen he was in. I was devastated! She was very apologetic and offered me a new puppy or a refund. I chose the refund.
It has been one year since the incident and I am still owed $ 162.00 for the puppy I paid for. Jessica has paid $600.00 of the $750.00 she owes me so far. However, I constantly have to text her and write her letters to get anything accomplished. The check she sent me in September, which was supposed to be the final payment, did not clear, and I am still waiting for that payment. I did not want to do this because everyone is going through a hard time right now but I need my money as well.
