Southern Linc rip-off! It's not right that I have to pay a cancellation fee when the service is terrible. Birmingham Alabama
I have portable phone service with the southern link company. I signed a two year contract with the company. I have asked the company for the early termination fee of 200.00 a phone to be waived because my service is so poor.
The companies reply is that because of the usage that it would not be waived. I have tried to explain to them that because my phone cuts out so much, it takes much longer trying to communicate with the other party.
