Southern Motors Honda Jeep Of Savannah Ripoff, Poor Service Savannah Georgia
I saw a ripoff report on Southern Motors and wanted to add my experience to the list...I brought in my 2003 Jeep a while back for a simple routine maintenance and a subtle "clunk" noise I was hearing out of my a/c. The service manager (Dan) was real nice, took his time to listen to my complaint and even offered to keep the vehicle overnight to see if they can duplicate my "clunk" noise. I really liked how he handled my car so I brought it back for another oil change a few months later; to my horror I found out the owner had let go of Dan!! I had never found anyone who was real honest and nice in car business, I was shocked!! When I told about this to my friends at school, they were equally stunned that he was gone!! One of my friends' jeep broke down along I-95 last semester and Dan took care of her; he called her parents out of state, arranged for her transportation, and amazingly got her vehicle repaired in only a few days (her engine practically had crapped out on her). She couldn't believe it. Does anybody know where Dan might have ended up??? i really want to bring my car back to him, if he's still in this business......
