Southwest Housing Shad Friend Elderly abuse emotional, harrassment, threats, profanity, illegal entry to premise, financial mishandling of tennant paid funds, i.e. depost, Springfield Missouri
Shad Friend is an a hole to the greatest degree. He has zero regard for the law and zero regard for tennant rights. He and his wife, girl friend, whatever, think they are above the law and can do whatever they want to whomever they want, whenever they want. Shad will cuss you out and trample right past you to illegally gain access to your residence. He does not adhere whatsoever to the law when it comes to legal/proper notice. Also, however he deems necessary he will make sure that you have no deposit left upon the end of your lease. Rest assured he and his team of arrogant, rude, disrespectful gophers, for lack of a better term, will make sure you feel degraded, humiliated and that you habe no rigjts according to the Law of Shad. I am interested in legal representation to stop this sorry him an being and I use that term loosely. I would never rent feom this company again and I will make sure that I spread my story to all!
