I have ordered from them before with only minimal problems. This time I placed my order online, I printed out my invoice and everything was correct. The next morning I received a receipt from them showing they had charged my credit card $67 more than my invoice showed. I called customer service and told them about the discrepancy. I talked with an extremely rude person whom after two times finely got the right amount credited back to my card. Now I hoped the problems were resolved. Until that evening when I received the tracking order. Instead of shipping this to the shipping address that I had indicated it was being shipped to me. I immediately tried calling customer service thinking if I got ahold of them quickly they might be able to rectify this error. Many times the phone just hung up, occasionally a message would come on telling me to leave a message, which I did. Customer service was supposed to be open until midnight that night so I kept trying to get a live person until midnight, never happened. Monday morning I finally was able to talk to a live person. After explaining the situation I was told the package would arrive Thursday and there was nothing they could do about. She also had the audacity to tell me since I had ordered online it was my fault for inputting the wrong info. The invoice I had printed out plainly stated the correct address it should have been shipped to. Never again.
