Hi,

I have contacted you on several occasions and am now at the breaking point. My last 4 emails have not even been answered yet.

It has now been over 16 weeks that I sent my rebate in and still have not received anything!.... Anything.. Last email sent from you guys, you said my rebate was on the way and I should get it in 2-3 weeks 4 weeks now and nothing! C'mon!!!

You owe me 65.00$ USD. I want you guys to call me I am not paying 10 dollars of long distance to speak to you guys,

16 weeks is absolutely crazy, and to add insult to injury one of my rebates show as not approved. You have the nerve to lie about me not including the UPC code (which I did!) to attempt not sending my rebate

Now, please at least send me a response to let me know that you received my requests! PLEASE!!!! Show a little customer service!

SOYO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: Dear valued Customer: Thank you for your recent submission of your rebate request. According to our record, your bonus rebate has been denied due to missing a copy of UPC Barcode or a copy of receipt. According to the rebate program's terms and conditions "All rebates must be mailed in separate envelopes with the appropriate materials to the address listed on the rebate form. Incomplete forms will be denied". If you would like to dispute your rebate, please mail your missing documents along with this letter to: Special Care Customer Services Dept 1042 N. Mountain Ave #B 291 Upland CA 91786 We would like to thank you again for your inquiry and patience Customer Services Rodolf Fowler www.verifyrebate.com ------------------------------------------- MY RESPONSE: How can I resend you an original upc code that I included in the freaking enveloppe!!! just check my other rebate submission on file... I sent a photocopy of the UPC code! Proof that I did purchase that item! You guys received the enveloppe based on verifyrebate.com... so the only other senerio is that you lost the UPC code because I PUT IT IN THE ENVELOPPE!!!! I freaking tripple checked before I sent it. you freaking scam artists!
