SOYO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: Dear valued Customer: Thank you for your recent submission of your rebate request. According to our record, your bonus rebate has been denied due to missing a copy of UPC Barcode or a copy of receipt. According to the rebate program's terms and conditions "All rebates must be mailed in separate envelopes with the appropriate materials to the address listed on the rebate form. Incomplete forms will be denied". If you would like to dispute your rebate, please mail your missing documents along with this letter to: Special Care Customer Services Dept 1042 N. I sent a photocopy of the UPC code! Proof that I did purchase that item! You guys received the enveloppe based on verifyrebate.com... so the only other senerio is that you lost the UPC code because I PUT IT IN THE ENVELOPPE!!!! I freaking tripple checked before I sent it. you freaking scam artists!
