Wisconsin John Doe is cover-up of Teamsters Union Steward at Rayovac/Spectrum Brands filing SOX, Dodd-Frank retaliation case with OSHA in 2011. Documents supplied to numerous government agencies exposing fraud, waste and abuse as well as embezzlement of workers benefit assets for countless years. Prudential mail fraud, Teamsters officials aiding & abetting embezzlement, Falcone/Harbinger hedgefund abuse, IRS tax evasion on embezzled benefits resuting in over ten scheduled hearings denied to whistleblower in SOX case, Equal Rights Division cases, NLRB cases. DOL Whistleblower Enforcement Secretary terminated, massive government officials jobs omitted attempting to follow law, collateral damage and judicial abuse to cover up embarassment of government involvement in embezzling from workers benefit assets to utilize as "asset backed securities" in hedge funds. Whistleblower/Union Steward reported to Spectrum Brands in attempts to ensure over 160 employees embezzled from for over 7 years receive contractual benefits earned.
Attempts to mitigate damages led to IRS and NLRB extortion threats for attempting to request redress for "middle class victims" that Congress claims attempts to restore. Spectrum Brands/Rayovac tax evasion on employees embezzled benefit assets since 2000 and corrupt Foley & Lardner attorneys on Wisconsin Economic Developement Board soliciting $4 Million Federal grant to Spectrum Brands at tax payers cost. Criminals liability waived by corrupt government officials while SEC recovered "minimal" unilateral settlement from Falcone/Harbinger and Prudential -Trustee of implied benefits. Government kept a cut of ill gotten gains for obstructing justice to the victims embezzled from. Middle class economic recovery is not a government priority- designation that lip service of politicians, Congress and Department of Justice lacks credibility and does not honor oath to Rule of Law or the Constitution.
