I am filing a ripoff report on Spectrum internet to call them out on their lack of customer service. I have a paperweight internet router provided by this sham of a company and they have been informed that I need my internet service restored today because I have an online class that I have to do tonight. Instead of sending someone out to fix my problem as I asked, they put me on a waiting list and flat out refuse to fix their shoddy equipment until tomorrow when I have already missed my class and they refuse to compensate me for their crappy service.

However, if I were a relative to one of their half a*s customer disservice employees I would have had my problem fixed first thing this morning. This company was given multiple chances to correct their mistake and when they continued to refuse to fix my problem in the allotted time, they left me no recourse than to file a rip-off report on Spectrum so other consumers will know that if they are considering this company that puts employee relatives ahead of paying customers and they want services that actually perform as expected then they should take their business to a different company that actually values it’s customers.
