Speedy was called when our dryer started making a noise. Owner (ken) came right away charged $77 in cash said we needed new drum.  $485. Darren, a very intimidating technician  Came back later in an unmarked Car at 7pm at night.  Installed the new drum till 10:30? insisted on being paid in cash.  Then said dryer could not be tested unless we agreed to another $300 in vent cleaning.  $77 plus $485 and now another $300 for a dryer repair.  

My wife told the repairman tell leave that we would clean the vent. We hired another company to clean vent for $65 and dryer did not work properly. Makes burning smell.  Company refused to answer calls make excuses. says its not their problem. Refuse to give us names and numbers of owners of the company.  Cheryl is the manager and she kens wife.
