United Kingdom#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

I am living in UK and know proglasses.org / speleotherapy.org when I look for a sale sunglasses.
In their website, they state clearly that customers are responsible for the duty/tax. The address is in Malaysia.
I tried to contact them from 2 different emails to ask about the products to make sure it is authentic. There was no response.
I called the phone number in UK, which is not working as well (ringing but no one pick up the phone, trying at different time)
Then I check their review, unfortunately all are bad.
I give up my purchase.
This is what happens to me. It is positive.

to: carl- las vegas employee of spleotherapy.org as per your reply you stated that your company tries to resolve all consumer complaints / problems. How comes my many emails to the email listed on your website were never answered? firstly-- you did not address the issue that you dont tell customers that the products are coming from malaysia and that the customer is responsible for custom/duty charges with Fedex which has developed into a dispute with Fedex as I refuse to pay these charges as I was not advised this info when I placed the order for two "authentic" Cartier eyeglass frames. Fedex has been put on notice by my attorney regarding transporting/delivering pirated/fake branded merchandise. secondly-- you said I could have returned the items within 7 days how do you return an item within 7 days when you have sent one item to someone for a christmas gift overseas and the other one across the country. they only found out the frames were fake when they took them to a Cartier retail store. Imagine the embarassment they felt, followed by our disgust and embarassment. lastly-- and most importantly-- you did not address any where in your reply regarding the issue that the Cartier frames were fake. Sir, its very simple once you look at an authentic product, the finish, the packaging is sub-standard. Your website claims all products are 'genuine' and authentic which is false which is why a Cartier authorized dealer could detect immediately that the frames were fake. Unless you can provide proof that what you sold to me was authentic I will continue to pursue the matter against your company as Internet Globalization, as you called it, does not mean operating a business overseas to take advantage of customers thru the internet by using false advertising.

Hi, I had been in this company for 3 yrs plus and had seen many many funny customers in the internet. The fact that the nature of this internet business and globalization many thinks that the process is just easy as buying and getting 100% what they want to get. On the company side of view , there is many things that we as a company have to endure with. We are selling s discount price to , margin is very low and of course we have a stringent process to go through before having the customer to return the good s or refund the money. An example is many customer( at least 1 out of 10/week) will keep the goods and also launch a complain to the credit card company saying they did not buy through the internet. We counter this by working with our courier company for signatory. We also see some that try to have the merchandise 2 for price of 1. Well and the list just go on.. We encountered many problems, breakage, fakes claims, wrong sizes and the list all go on. We have 19000 customers, 21000 orders worldwide and growing by the day. We tried our best to solve customers complaint and again of course there are some that are understanding and they are not. If we are a hoax or and unreliable company, we would have just take your money and run. Our company do offer a 7 days return if you think that you are not happy with the goods. why not use this to your advantage? Could you please provide a tracking no and order no and we will get it sorted out. Thank you.
