Spencers Tv & Appliances I purchased a lemon washing machine, it broke 1 day after purchase, the manager said he would only repair it and would in no way give us a replacement. the business that doesn't give a dam Mesa Arizona .....
We purchased a top of the line $1400 washing machine on July 3rd,2003. It broke the next day flooding my garage.
After getting the run around from about 6 different people,
We finally spoke to the Owner(Rick Biederbeck) on 7/8. He said that they would repair it but not exchange it. After speaking with him he said we would not give us a new washer and hung up on my husband.
I have gone 5 days without a washer. After spending $1400 on a product that breaks in one day, I believe this machine is a lemon and I don't want it.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and it is my desire to put this fly-by-night company out of business.
The 0wner, Rick Biederbeck lives in a million dollar property and obviously doesn't care about the hard working people who spend their money in his store.
He was very arrogant and condesending and I hope he gets whats coming to him. With his attitude and his non-existant return policy, he's going to piss off the wrong person. Personally, I can't wait.
