When you want to purchase something on the internet and you end up unknowingly buying many other items or memberships. Then some idiot employee with GREAT customer service says it's your fault and you cannot read. "You clicked on it!" I don't think so. More like you didn't unclick it. You are set up to enroll into things simply by doing nothing. Sometimes you pay the highest shipping if you don't change the default shipping. These dirty little tricks are all over these web pages. Keep writing these complaints and include the Spiegel name, that should persuade them to get rid of the parasites that feed off other websites.
