I am so pissed –off at spirit  air I had booked a trip to Myrtle Beach SC

For Mar 1st 2015 coming back Mar 5th 2015 round trip for 239.00 great deal also car rental and condo well guess what you canceled trip last minute no notice drove in bad roads 3 hr to airport to only find out by the shuttle bus drive that flight was canceled. Then they off a new fight mar 3rd Wednesday  return Thursday what a joke drove home 3 more hrs to only find out to rebook a fight with other airline would now be $1000.00 one way. Call to try to get help from your customer service department and they make a bad deal worst I talked to a supervisor Gina no last name badge number 29747 she has no concern to help anyone your department suggested that I wait 19 days to rebook for the same price or I could also pay much more to rebook with spirit for next week yes they refunded my ticket but now I am stuck can’t find a fair price last minute thanks spirit for all you compassion and help you are a great airlines to fly with you really care about customer service. not............. this is the 2nd time out of 4 fights lost my hole trip car rental condo golf trip 1500.00 plus week off.
