Complaint Review: Spokane Police Department - spokane Washington

On April 3, 2012, I was leaving Macy's department store. I was in a cross walk, I was walking slow as I am disabled from having several back surgeries. When this complete stranger started yelling at me telling me to hurry and her and her passenger started screaming using foul abussive language at me and my son. She started to act like she was going to cut me off in the direction i was walking so I stoped and she sped by me. I screamed back at her saying F*** You!!and my son flipped her off. I proceeded to walk into the parking lot and she confronted my son asking him if his middle finger was his shoe size, IQ, or his D***k size. She then spotted me up ahead about 50 ft and gased her car and hit me I flew into her car hanging from the top of her SUV and slipping down her passenger door. Damaging her car. She sped off leaving the seen.

I called 911 while my son chased her down through the parking lot getting her car license plate #. He then told her to go back to the scene as the police had been called and she had injured me. She then told my son to move or she was going to run him over to. He came back and we waited for the police to arrive. when the officer got there I gave him the correct license # as I was off on one digit. He caled it in. I was injured but the hospital was onthe street right behind Macys so I said my son would take me as soon as we were done as my injurues werent life threating. People started to form and I became embarrassed and thats another reason I didnt want an ambulance. So he did the report and he specifically asked me do you want her arrested and I said Yes! I am making a citizens arrest. He gave me my victim card # 12-98768. He said Ok I am leaving to make an arrest. I went to the hospital. I was treated for a bleeding left kidney, bruised and sprained lefthip, Back sprain and to see my doctor ASAP. Which my doctor advised me I had torn my back scare tissue loose from my surgery and thats why I was in so much pain. I called the police department to see if the made an arrest the following day and they advised me no she had not be contacted yet. My respond was why she could have been drunk and I made a citizens arrest and they told me nothing was on the report that I requested it. 

Weeks went by nothing no record of my accident or victim report. Finally after calling they told me nothing was done as she said I slugged her car. Are you kidding me. Then told me everything was dropped as it was my word against hers. When is a hit/run ever legal. Contacting tehe prosecutors affice and they couldnt even find a report and couldnt understand why they didnt even know about the accident and they would get back to me. She had NO answers but she did say she was very upset and would help me. I have called several times and No one will talk to me.  Well I have now seen three different police reports all came to surface in July three months after the accident. I turn it over to my insurance and they advised me because of the police report and basically being blank it has left me wide open for her to come after me. This is crazy I am still injured still seeing doctors, needing physical therapy. Not being able to live alone. Being on panic attack meds for the post tramatic stress.  So she is now coming after me for her running me over. I need to go after the Police department and her but I am in California. I am just hoping the right this wrong and help me.

I have been violated by the police department and its really hard todeal with. I stay awake at night wondering what happened. then Iheard she has something to do with the community and are covering for her. Not sure how, but I couldnt even find an attorney who will represent me after they make some phone calls, and the bad police report that is basically blank. There was cameras on the building they are missing and when requested them they  didnt even requested the correct time according to Macy's. I need Justice I would love to Air this story on Live TV..
