This report is based on an article  I wrote which is published on the QuackWatch network.

Spooky2 claims that its mission is "to eliminate cancer and all illness" and that their devices "generate resonance waves that destroy harmful pathogenic organisms without doing any harm to the users." The devices they sell are actually worthless hoax gadgets based on the debunked claims of the late inventor, quack, and conspiracy crank Royal Raymond Rife (1888-1971). The devices and associated software are said to be developed and maintained by "an international team of electronics engineers, technical designers, software developers and Rife practitioners" who describe themselves as volunteers working without pay for the good of humanity; Some of the profits are said to accrue to "The Rife Trust for Mankind," or "Spooky2 Trust," but I was unable to locate any details of either of these online.

The seller says that "Spooky . . . systems are not approved by the FDA. They intended for use as experimental electronic devices only. They are not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, cure, treatment, or mitigation of any disease or illness in human beings. Neither are they designed or intended to affect the function or structure of any human body system." However, health claims abound in a large online community spanning Facebook, Youtube, and various Spooky2-run sites. People who post in these forums about not seeing results are typically advised to use more frequencies, which often requires buying more devices, a proposition that can add up to thousands of dollars.

The promoters of these devices claim that it can kill pathogens and cure cancers, heal non-pathogenic health conditions, "detox" the body of nonspecific toxins, and diagnose conditions. They claim to do most of these things even at a great distance through "quantum entanglement".

I paid a total of $260 plus about $70 for shipping for a Spooky2-XM generator, a Spooky Boost 3.0, a Spooky Remote v1.1 BN, a Spooky Pulse, and several accessories. The device failed to make any difference in my health, and its performance in diagnosing conditions was worse than what could be expected by random chance. In full scans run on consecutive days, the list of alleged diagnoses was totally implausible and inconsistent; it even identified some conditions that are impossible for my body to have.

The Spooky2 Rife System is not cleared or approved by the FDA, which classifies Rife machines as a subset of radionics devices. The devices are manufactured and sold directly to consumers by a company based in China, which lacks a meaningful legal regime for consumer protection. Despite the seller's disclaimers and studious avoidance of hot-button terms, "intended use" depends on the context in which a device is actually used. At the very least, the FDA could prohibit the sale of Spooky2 devices and institute an import ban.

The layout of this complaint follows very closely that of other complaints on the internet. It is a blanket condemnation without any details on its use and their results. It also smears the name of Royal Rife who, if you research his name, you will find was a very respected scientist. Mr. Rife has been deceased now for over 40+ years so his name is an easy target for scam articles such as the this. I have been using the rife technology for about 20 years and the Spooky 2 for about five years. I am 80 years old and subject to a list of health challenges and have used this technology to overcome all of them. Here is a small list: arthritis, colds and flu along with upper respiratory infections, COPD (X3), pneumonia, tetanus, candida, diverticulitis and other digestive conditions and so on. There is a concerted smear campaigning on against the rife technology, particularly in the USA. This technology has the potential to put a big (deserved) dent in the corrupt medical establishment and the use of the technology is growing rapidly. All of this being said there are marginal. overpriced products out there, Spooky2 is not one of them. Your doctor should be aware that you are using this technology particularly if the condition you have is serious. Spooky2 also has an extensive forum that that can be referred to. I have never had a negative reaction to the use of this technology and never heard or read of one. I am not associated in any way with Spooky2 or any other manufacturers of this type of equipment. I am though a very happy user.
