Complaint Review: Spray Tan LA & Rob Lonardo - Houston Texas

My name is Robert Lonardo and I am the owner of Spray Tan Los Angeles.  None of these reports that are defaming myself or my company are true.  Every person who placed a post on this website has done so anonymously and is the doing of a contractor we terminated named Andrea Somerville.  There are 16 of us who have filed criminal charges with the Houston Police Department's homicide division against Andrea Marcella Somerville for harassment, stalking, assault, and battery.

 A copy of the police report will be uploaded to this website.  The Houston police report number is 22330911G.

Please do not pay any attention to these posts by a disgruntled former business associate.  This is not reflective on my company and as you can see from her defaming posts nothing to do with our tanning business as well an me.

Here is all of my information as I have nothing to hide.  However, I do have a company and staff to be quite proud of! :>  It is VERY sad that the internet and websites like this have allowed mentally challenged people to use their keyboards as weapons of mass destruction.  Hopefully congress will limit what can be said and posted on the web to protect us all from these keyboard terrorists.

IGNORE any negative feed back on these reports! They were written by former employee Andrea Somerville who was terminated during training for substance abuse and she is reacting by trying to defame this company and Rob in any way we can so much so that we have charges filed against her with the Houston Police Department – report # 020268911. 

Rob is a good boss and works very hard at what he does. He is a good guy and I LOVE working for him. He has created an amazing product and company! I feel very lucky for work for him! 

It surprises me greatly to see negative comments directed towards Spray Tan LA and its owner. I've had nothing but amazing results from Spray Tan LA's stylists and have experienced a very professional attitude when speaking with Rob and interacting with the stylists. 

I know Rob and Spray Tan LA well. I worked for him for many months in LA. He absolutely does use racist remarks, he does do drugs at work, he does offer you drugs, he does charge credit card numbers without permission, he does ask for excessive amounts of personal information to use as ammunition, he does sexually harass and intimidate his employees. In fact, I am sure he is forcing his employees to write in positive rebuttals. For instance, notice how they are trying to paint

this Andrea girl as a drug addict. That’s classic Rob, feeding lines/lies to his current unsuspecting employees in the attempt to discredit her and thus repair his severely tarnished reputation. Or, it’s Rob himself using different emails. That it is in his language, is my point.

 He is absolutely flagrant with both clients and employees personal information. He sells it to low class SPAM marketers and

telemarketers. His former clients and employees all get the same disgusting text and email spam. Coincidence? No. Rob sold our information. And they are very, very low class marketers… no brands. Pure outright offensive junk texts

with vulgar language.

If he has your phone number or you are on his “client list”, as he calls it. You will be harassed- called every day - to come get a spray tan. He forces employees to give him their personal phone contacts. He will demand you give him your Facebook user name and password. As well, he will use the old ‘bait and switch” and offer you a free facial. It is a bogus multi-level marketing product demonstration for half your face so you will by a ridiculously overpriced NuSKin Galvanic Facial machine where he makes commission.

Houston… is he forcing you to sell Galvanic too? Maybe not, because word is NuSkin has revoked his status, wants nothing to do with him and is embarrassed to be associated with him.

As for the product, the tanning solutions are old, old, old.

They sit in the back of his office for months doing nothing but spoiling. And FYI, the solution is not his proprietary formula. I’ve opened the boxes from the manufacturer. No surprise there.

 

Bottom line, all the negative reports are absolutely true.

I’m honestly concerned that he will figure out who I am and retaliate for posting this.  But we need to get the truth out there.

Rob Lonardo is an outstanding CEO and cares very much for the reputation of his company, His Clientele, the products, the sevice and well as his employees. Everyone that has a chance to spray tan with "Spray Tan LA" will enjoy it and become a Spray Tan La Client. The service is outstanding and personal. It's sad that a person that has personal issues and a drug addiction, is unable to meet the standards as an employee for Rob Lonardo that they can go on a website such as this and make up lies and slander him or the company. These posts are ridiculous and are done out of spite by Andrea Somerville who was terminated due to substance abuse while on the job during her training.  She is reacting to this termination see Houston Police report # 020268911.  As far as Rob Lonardo as company CEO, he's been supportive and is only encouraging to his employees. I have not seen any of the problems with his company or him as a person.  I have always been paid on time, and had the support of the management at any time.  Spray Tan LA is a great company that offers a quality product.  This is my second job and I wouldn't have signed on with them if I had felt like any of these so called issues were going on.  This is a stand up operation. 

Their product is amazing and SO much better than any other spray tan I've ever had. It looks even and natural... no one could tell it was a fake tan! Plus their super friendly stylists will come right to your house anytime you like, talk about convenience! I used to use tanning beds which are terrible for you, then moved on to the mystic tan and versa spa which was orange and fake... now I'm hooked on Spray Tan LA and will never look back! They just opened in Houston and I am so happy that i have a mobile tanning service 24/7 whenever i choose. The owner Rob is super friendly very warm and you can see his employess love what they do. Good judge of charachter if you ask me. Thank you spary tan houston!!!

What I can tell you from my own personal expericance working at spray tan LA is that Rob has been nothing but professonal. I have not see nor hear any drugs, violance towards any one. I'm an attractive female myself and have NOT been harrassed or sexually spoken to in any way nor have I see Rob do this to any of the female stuff or model/ clients in any way. I can say this because I've work with him in his office for 9 hrs a day. While we were trying to get all the training done for the Houston area. Rob Lonardo truely cares about his company and his staff and wouldn't jeopardize that in any way! The girl who makes up all these lies from the start has been a handfull. I don't know if she just has nothing else to do then to write STORIES all day long but all that she has writen on this site and possibably many more are just that STORIES/ LIES that she has made up. For us to feel sorry for her and the hate Spray Tan LA. Please don't believe what you hear from this girl its not true. Instead find out the true for yourself!     This is hard to believe I and friends have Only had good experiances with both Spray Tan LA and Rob Lonardo. The product is the best and the service from his company Spray Tan LA great.

Also the fact that a CEO of such a huge company talks individualy to his clients if they have Any questions is comforting and hard to find. I also dont think someone like Rob would falsey charge anyones CC, its not like he needs the money. He has huge name celeb clients and his reputation is more important than a few dollars.
