sprint pcs would not help with cell phone problems. my phone was 4 months out of warrantee and was not working at all. rather than help me fix the phone or replace it

they decide to lose my business.

my phone plan was costing me an average of $90.00 per month. one month of my business would have more than paid for one of thier cell phones.

they also informed me that they have had several reported problems with this same cell phone and have discontinued this product.

they made no attempt to replace the discontinued product. they just simply told me that i would have to pay for another cell phone.

that shows me that sprint pcs has no concern for customer loyalty or reputation. i will be sure to let everyone i know how i was delt with.

If the phone is 4 months out of warranty that means it was 16 months old. I don't know of anything that can be replaced for free after that long of a time. Handsets are just another type of technology with planned obsolescence. If your T.V. goes down after 16 months you don't get another free one.

I'm surprised you would think ANY company would replace your phone for FREE when it's out of warranty? Have you ever bought electronic products before?
