SPRINT PCS ripoff- I CALL TO FIND OUT WHY THEY SAY I OWE THEM 208.38. THE CUSTOMER SVC LADY DIDN'T GIVE ME A NAME THEN AFTER SHE COULDN'T TELL ME WHY I OWED THIS MUCH AND HUNG UP ON ME. nationwide
I CALL TO FIND OUT WHY THEY SAY I OWE THEM 208..38. I HAVE ROLL OVER MIN. AND WK 43 HRS A WEEK . THE CUSTOMER SVC LADY DIDN'T GIVE ME A NAME THEN SAID "PLESAE HOLD" AFTER SHE COULDN'T TELL ME WHY I OWED THIS MUCH AND HUNG UP ON ME.
It Was The 888 Number it was a 888 number
I pay my sprint pcs bill every month or they disconnect me. When they disconnect you, you have to pay the full amount due or they will not reconnect you. So I have been paying my amount due every month until last month. I have what they call roll over min. this means you pay a basic chg and any overage min. you pay a small addition to that.They sent me a bill saying that I owe $208.38. I would have to talk non stop in order to accur these chgs. I wk 43hrs a week, so how could I owe that much. So I call customer service at 888-211-4727. I actually get to talk to someone. She tells me that it was for a prior month. I said how come non of my bills show that and if that were true you all would have disconnected me at that time the chg accured without pymt. And besides I have copies of my pymts. She said well ,............ let me see,......... oh in Aug you didn't make a pymt Then, after a little talking she says that I had paid 73.00.This wasn't the last time she condridicted herself and she knew it. Then before I could get her name she says could you please hold. Then HANGS UP ON ME!!! This isn't the first time sprint has messed with me, however I'm a Christian and forgive. A christian can only take so much before they get tired of it. That is why I am letting you all know how much of a rip off sprint pcs is. I just regret that i signed up me Aunt, Uncle and Cousins with them THE DAY BEFOR ALL THE CHG CAME ON MY BILL. I could see if i was cosing and threatning them but I wasn't. Ck every bill that you get. and keep them and copy of your pymt, because they won't give you another one. They also owe the person i signed up thru over 4,000.00.
