sprint psc free & clear what a joke oshkosh Wisconsin
I thought sprint pcs was going to be the answer to all me cellular problems, well i thought wrong! I was told that I was going to have free and clear calling, this was my only phone...i used it as my home phone as well, so i counted on it to always work. Of course i understand roaming, and being out of range...etc... But the sales man told me that i would be able to use this indoors outdoors any where! he even garaunteed me I would never get cut off.
one night i was on the phone and to my suprise was cut off...i was furrius. i called cust service from a pay phone and they told me that when they have alot of calls they some times boot people off the network. ok so the next day i went in to return it and they tried to tell me it was the phone and offered to give me a new one...i told them what customer service said and they said oh yeah that happens often...what a joke... and to make matters worse it was the same guy... and this isnt just bashing the store i went to the commercials are all fraudulent as well free and clear my @$$.
NOTE TO SPRINT WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE TRUTH BEFORE WE BUY!!!
