On the fist of each month I receive my benefits on USDirectExpress, but this month it was posted but when I went to make purchases I started getting insufficient funds a few times, so I call customer service and I was told that my card had 0 balance, she went on to tell me where the purchases were made, I asked her how did that happen and  I'm in Alabama, so she told me they would send me another card and that my money would be put back on it, so I got the card activated it, changed the pin, I have a negative balance of $13.50 for them to ups the card to me, so this representative to me there was nothing they could do, but that I could Google these names she gave me and try to make contact with them, and then file a dispute, and for me call them back and let them know what I found out. I think they should be held responsible for this,I have no way to get my meds, or anything else for the entire month, and there's nothing I know to do. I have never used this card on the internet, I thought it was suppose to be so secure. This was an authorized purchase that I had nothing to do with.
