I purchased an Epic Medal pack in Kingdom Hearts Unchained on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The app advertised a specific set of medals for the game that you would receive at least one of; I didn't receive any of the advertised medals. 

I contacted Square Enix support and sent them screen shots of what they advertised and a screen shot of the medals I received. After several days, they reqested more information regrding the device I was using and other relevant data. I responded and waited several more days until they responded that the app worked as designed and that one of my medals was in fact an Epic Medal, though it was not on the list of medals... total ripoff. The medal they claim was an "epic" medal was Aladdin, but as you can see by my attached screenshots, Aladdin was not listed as an "epic" medal. I received none of the ones they advertised. I will also attach the screen shot of what I received. 

They refused to give me back my in game currency or a refund of my purchase of in-game currency. All that I wanted was either my money back or give me back the in-game currency I spent on the pack that didn't give me what was advertised. They could have removed the medals I did get from that purchase and given me back the in-game currency and this all would have been resolved, but they are being greedy in their deceptive ways. I would steer clear of Square Enix and their mobile gaming platforms. I will no longer purchase Square Enix games on any device. A loyal customer should never be deceived in such as manner.
