MY HUSBAND AND I PAID ALL OF JULY RENT AND ON AUGUST 20TH 2018 WE GAVE THE LANDLORD CASH MONEY OF 1050.00 THE LANDLORDS TOOK THE MONEY AND GAVE US AN EVICTION SUMMONS ON AUGUST 28TH TO GO TO COURT ON SEPTEMBER 5TH 2018 . WE BEAT THE COURT CASE THE JUDGE TOOK COPY OF THE RECIEPTS FOR THE JULY RENT THAT WAS PAID IN FULL AND TOOK A COPY OF THE RECIEPT FOR 1050.00 RULED IN OUR FAVOR. WE WON THAT ROUND BUT 4 HOURS AFTER WE LEAVE COURT WE GET A TEXT SEPT. 5TH DAY OF THE COURT DAY THAT WE OWE 1012.45 . OUR RENT IS ONLY 650. A MONTH AND SHE HAS BEEN HARRASSING US ABOUT MONEY THINKIING CAUSE WE DONT HAVE JOBS THAT WE CANT PAY OUR RENT . NOW TELL ME SOMETHING HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A HOMELESS MORMAN . WELL WE ARE MORMAN AND ANY FINACIAL HARDSHIP WE COME IN TO OUR RENT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF . NOT ONLY THAT THIS MANAGER IS ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND RECIEVE A CHECK EVERY MONTH . HOW DO MANAGERS BUY A NEW TRUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH RIGHT AFTER WE PAID OUR RENT AND NOW WE HAVE AN EVICTION. WE HAD A ROLL OVER FROM THE 1050.00 THAT 650. FOR AUG AND 650. FOR SEPT. AND ST. VINCENT SENT A CHECK FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR BALANCE FOR THE 250. REMAINING AND THE LANDLORDS CLAIM THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CHECK THE CHECK WAS MAILED OUT ON SAT 15TH 2018 AND WE SPOKE TO ST VINCENT AND THE TRESURE SAID SHE SPOKE TO THE LANDLORD LAURIE AND SHE KNEW THE CHECK WAS BEING MAILD. ST VINCENT CALLED LAURIE ON FRI AND THEY TALKED ON THE PHONE . LAURIE SPOKE TO JEAN FROM ST VINCINT DEPAUL IN ANTHEM AND THE TRESURE MARY. SO THIS LANDLORDS ALSO GOT SERVED A NOTORIZED WORK ORDER FROM US AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT CAME TO FIX ANYTHING SO I CONTATCTED AND I HAVE A CASE WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR HOUSING DISCRIMIINATION . ALSO THESE MANAGERS WHO ARE ON SOCIAL SECURITY CLAIMS THAT THEY LAURIE AND JIM WALTERS OWN THIS PROPERTY BEING PART OWNER WITH OTHER CO OWNER RICHARD KUHN BUT THE JUDGE ON SEPT. 5TH 2018 SAID THAT HE DOUBT THAT BUT ID ITS TRUE SHE IS NOT ONLY FRAUDING THIS COMPANY SHE IS FRAUDING THE GOVERNMENT

once againg proof of reciepts i go to jail for yelling cited x2 and i called the police twice and first my husband and i had 5 cops and five police officers and five big guns approaching my home becuse the landlords 40 yr old son come in front of my house treating my husband and i and i call the police told dispacter. the landlord pulled a knife on my husband and we dont want no trouble. no other call was made at theat time and then the lady cop told me while my husband and i were in handcuffs thst just cause you called the police first doesnt mean your not guilty. cops checked by house for guns because the landlors told them that so my husband is sitting in jail because we tied to depend on the law ro protect us and it didnt all this is court docs and 911 callst i made to dispacther. one was the initial call and the other was it took them almost an hour and nothing was happing. so i told dispacther nevermind we are going to bed .the officer never came and i told dispacther we were going to bed because we had to go to court the next day and we went to jail. i michele harris just got hired at a knew job the same night .... can we get some justice and how does in inmate fugitive abscound and get arrested with a whole nother doc number thats the main puzzle to all this. contact michele harris at the number listed if not look up facebook walker
