Stainsafe International Headquarters ripoff they never intended to ever warranty their fabrics. Servicemen always report the opposite of what they find when they come to your home. No one will talk to you Palm Beach Gardens Florida
I filed a claim on 12/10/03. I reported an accident my sick dog made to our leather sofa. I purchased the sofa at Krause's Sofa Factory which has since gone out of business. I was smooth talked into buying this leather sofa because of the Stainsafe Warranty. I was notified by Alder Designs Inc that they would send a technician out January 19,2004. He came to my house he came in looked at my problem and said because of the color and the leather fabric he could not clean it or do anything to fix it and he said Stainsafe would need to replace my sofa. He was not at my home longer than five minutes. He said I would get a call within 10 business days. I of course did not get a call.
I called on 2/4/04 and talked to Alfredo at Stainsafe. He told me I would be receiving a letter in my favor in 5 to 7 business days.
On 2/12/04 I received the denial letter. Because tech reported I had pre-existing stains that were not reported I voided my warranty. I had no other stains, I use the cleaning kit on a regular basis as recommended and why would I wait to report them with such a great 5 year warranty. I wrote in response to the denial and received another denial. They never intended to ever fix or repair my sofa it is a total scam.
When you call after the denial you are not allowed to speak to anyone else and no one ever will fix your problem. Don't buy any furniture that is backed by a Stainsafe Warranty.
I am going to file a complaint with the Palm Beach Better Business Burea, Florida Attorney General, Arizona Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau. I work hard for my money and you should't take advantage of people
I hope something can be done about them.

04/14/04 sent complaint to the palm beach better business bureau and the state attorney general they did absolutely nothing they just pass the buck. how can they keep ripping people off?
