Star Health & Beauty is a complete Ripoff Covington, Georgia
I was contacted by Star Health & Beauty 2/3/2012 to try sample and to retail a "miracle" wrinkle product called "Rejuvenate." I ordered 4 jars of this product costing me $149.72 with the understanding that I could return it and get a full refund of the product if I wasn't happy.
I really didn't like the product so I called to return it after having it for 2 weeks and was told that I had to keep it for 120 days because I was going to be listed in national magazines as a retailer. I never recieved any inquiries from the national ads nor did I ever see this product advertised in a magazine.
After trying several more times to return it, 120 days finally passed (6/03/2012) so I called for a return authorization #995. I shipped it back at my own expense. I also asked again at that time about recieving my money back and was told that yes I would get a full refund. I recieved a letter from the company on 7/12/2012 thanking me for carrying their product and that I now have a store credit for $104.79 which is for 3 jars and not 4. I called several times before finally talking to Billy, which I was told is the supervisor, I was told that they don't give money back only store credit.
It is interesting their 120 day policy because I was told that charges can't be disputed after 120 days. Makes me very suspicious of this policy. Do not order anything from this company!!!
