I am a 38 year old woman, however I worked for star health and beauty when it was located in Acworth Georgia when I was only 20 years old. The way I saw this owner treat his employees, which by the way, were only women, he only hired women so that he could bully, intimidate and subdue them, was absolutely despicable! I witnessed this owner poked his finger into one girl's head as he was screaming, and I don't mean raising his voice, I mean literally screaming at her. I personally witnessed him pick up his desk phone and throw it at in another young lady who was working for him. When you hear the words male chauvinist it pig they do not begin to explain this horrible human being! People don't let your daughter's work for this man they will be degraded and treated like subpar human beings!

Hi!
I've been the owner of Deep Healing Salon since it has opened and I would like to say I have never moved locations. My address has been the same since I opened. I have never dealt with any other business that has not backed up their products and not return my money!
2nd point not once was I told I could not return the products that DID NOT work back. I was told there was a 120 day waiting period and than i could send them back. Which i did and than i was told afterwards that i could only have store credit. I don't want store credit i wanted my money back because none of your products work. So why would i carry them.
I'm frankly surprised your even still open.

In responding to your letter, there are several points that should be considered. First, while many companies in our beauty products industry do not allow any returns of product, Star Health and Beauty’s policy is to allow returns in exchange for other product credit. While I did not personally participate in the order process for Deep Healing Salon, we go to great lengths to make sure that all purchasers understand the policy and believe that the policy was explained to your client. Second, of those companies that provide similar health and beauty products and do accept returns, in house credit is standard and it is hard to believe that Darcy would not have been aware of the policy with her knowledge of the industry. Third, this was not a consumer transaction, but a transaction between businesses.
Deep Healing Salon also moved locations while being in our referral system and did not let us know this until they called wanting to return the product. Therefore, we were unable to refer any customers to them .We have assigned Deep Healing Salon an RA# and they can use their credit anytime they choose by calling our customer service department. We have a very high success rate with retailers using their credit towards our other products.
Star Health and Beauty has over 32,000 SATISFIED retailers nationwide and has had more than 50,000 sales since September of 2003 .
