Complaint Review: State Bar of Arizona AZBar.org - Phoenix, Arizona Internet

I personally researched and filed with the highly unethical, incompetent, anti-citizen and anti-consumer STATE BAR OF ARIZONA at AZBar.org, nearly NINE months ago, tons of "clear and convincing" written evidence including TWO separate sworn, notarized, affidavits from Bank of America (which is court admissible evidence) proving beyond any doubt that Phoenix attorney and financial frauster EDWARD MALDONADO knowingly and maliciously commited financial check-fraud against me, his former client among numerous other ethics violations. The mission statement of the State Bar of Arizona includes protection of AZ citizens and consumers and protection of the reputation of the body of lawyers as a whole from the negative publicity created by the unethical and criminal actions of "lawyers" like Maldonado. So when the AZBar failed to QUICKLY intervene and QUICKLY suspend (even if temporarily until the disciplinary process had been completed) the law practice of known, PROVEN, predatory, dishonest, criminal attorney-Maldonado, then they have failed to meet either of these two mission mandates and should be immediately shut down or overhauled. Yes, the State Bar of Ariziona is charged by the AZ Supreme Court with protecting the integrity of the AZ legal system and preventing any citizen loss of confidence in that system. And YES, it has certainly failed, big-time, to execute that mandate. I have completely lost confidence in the AZ legal justice system and from what I've read from others and about the recent and very public Thomas-Arpaio-Board of Supervisor circus-complaint debacle, many, many, other local citizens feel a similar sense of disgust, upset and betrayal. When any AZ corporation receives a non-profit designation and does not pay its fair share of taxes, it has a duty to benefit or serve the public good in some substanitive way. That is the trade-off. But rather than truly live-up to its stated mandate to protect the vulnerable AZ public, the State Bar of Arizona-AZBar, has become a professional enabler of predatory and criminal attorney behavior against citizens and a shield against quick prosecution. In particular, I hold senior Bar counsel Roberta Tepper, who is know by former staffers and lawyers who I spoke with as very, VERY slow, responsible. Now, if you were Ketchup, being slow would not be a bad thing, but would youi want a slow crossing guard walking your children? Or a slow ambulence? Or a slow police officer to an intruder or your 911 call? Absolutely not!!! Nobody would tolerate someone like this. But a bad, incompetent and malicious lawyer can completely destroy the emotions, the finances, the family and the future of an AZ citizen-client in that same exact way. So why hasn't the Board or the Bar president reviewed Teppers's pathetic work product and shamefully low work volume? Why haven't they fired her? Let's fire anti-consumer slacker Roberta Tepper and push to hire someone who has a real passion, a genuine life-calling to help vulnerable citizens. Someone with real, actual competency to protect both the public and the collective reputation of AZ lawyers. Roberta Tepper has sat on this slam-dunk info and case for nine months, allowing crimal fraudster Maldonado to continue recruiting and suckering unaware and vulnerable clients and now he is representing the absolute most vulnerable population in AZ, indigent minors and children!!!!! Imagine an evil criminal monster appointed by the court and paid with taxpayer money to represent children without parents who do not have the capacity to know that his ethics and competenecy are ZERO and that they will be very poorly represented by him. Yes, Roberta Tepper and the State Bar of Arizona, you are both to blame for criminal Maldonado's continued, unimpeded practice of law without any indication to anyone on the AZBar website, nine months later, that he has committed financial fraud, is a felon, stiffed his house lender, repeatedly lied to me and the AZBar in the complaint process, is curently under a nine-point ethics investigation by the Bar, or that he did not have insurance as he represented on the AZBar's webiste last year when I and I am sure other victims hired him. Shame, shame shame on you State Bar of Arizona and Roberta Tepper!!!! I suggest you guys spend a little less money on color magazines, plush-fancy offices and lavish conferences at luxury resorts and more money and time on hiring the necessary staff to quickly discipline and remove every single bad attorney. THAT IS YOUR FIRST JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY!!!!
