State National Bank - CNB State National Bank Oklahoma home mortgaged frudlently by State National.Compas bank Los Cruces Los Curces, New Mexico
In 2009 we had to have our roof replaced in Oklahoma. At this time we found out that there had been an out of state note taken out on our house. This note was from the Compas Bank in Los Cruces, N.M. bank.
The listed number to call was 1-575-521-6177. The address was PO Box 16229 LosCruces, N.M. I called this number numerous times. My husband also called numerous times.
Our insurance adjuster Jessica Reading 1-405-475-2824; (c) 1-405-514-0043. called numerous times and we all recieved the same message on the answering machine. (untellageble) Compas Bank. I am away from the office today please leave a message
and I will get back to you. This went on for several weeks. So finally I looked up the bank in Los Cruces N.M. Than the last time I called the phone had been disconected. Very strange for a bank to discontinue a phone line.!
I called the bank and spoke with Denise T. I faxed a copy of our home insurance that had the lean listed. Fax: 1-205-297-5243. She assured me that they would do a title search. Then they could tell me how an out of state home had a mortgage
thru their bank. She told me it would be 3-5 working days before I would hear from them. When she did return my call she stated: I had our security team check our records and they can not find any where a note on this property has been made.
I asked her how come an unauthorized person was was able to use the name odf their bank on an a home answering machine, and you dont seem to mind. I also asked her how a home loan could be made without a title and she couldnt answer me. Finally I
asked her if they had on record of any transactions with a Tammy McCormink. In this she was able to tell me yes. All she could tell me was that it must have been a mistake put on the wrong insurance. That doesnt cfompute. She said dont worry the
note has been paid off!! Wait a minute earlier she said they couldnt find any transactionsfor this house?? Any one else have homes morgtaged with out your knowledge or concent??
