State Transmission Specialists Brice Owner (Brice) verbally attacked me and my wife Orem Utah
A week after one transmission repair, our transmission had more issues. Then a week after that was fixed the transmission fluid line burst. When I had it towed to them I left a voicemail explaining symptoms as much as possible, not knowing yet what was wrong, and said at the end that maybe this time they could fix it. The owner took offense from my voicemail, called me on my cell, and started verbally abusing me. His attack left me in tears and shaken, unable to mentally function the rest of the day at work. I tried to explain what I meant, and that what I said was not meant maliciously, but he did not listen to me. He just continued his verbal attack and told me he would not warranty or work on my vehicle any more and to get it off his lot. When my wife called him later on to notify him of arrangements to have it towed to another place, he laid into my wife with another verbal attack. A business should never verbally abuse a customer. This is a great way to lose business and get bad reviews. I will never go back to this place again, and I will do everything in my power to prevent others from having to experience this kind of abuse from a business.
