Stauer Stauer is not sending a watch in exchanged and didn't return the difference in price, $49.05 Burnsville Minnesota
I purchased a watch which arrived on August 8, 2017 but didn't have the characteruistics described in the catalog. I returned that item the same date. I chose to exchange the item for a different watch that cost only $29.95, and required that the excess in price be returned, $49.05. Today, August 17, 2017, I contacted the company and they informed me that would take up to three weeks to complete the exchange process, including the devolution of my money. Please, investigate.
