My daughter ordered a pair of steel toe boots for her husband's birthday gift for over $200. This is a splurge for them as finances are tight but steel toe boots are a requirment for his job.
This company sent the wrong boots (not even steel toes) and the wrong size! She returned them two times now covering the cost of shipping herself. The company keeps saying that the boots are dirty though they were not worn! Wrong size! They now say they'll donate them to charity if she does not pay shipping again! All contact with them has been awful!
