I oredered a pair of Lacrosse steel toe boots. I noticed after a few days the boots had gaps in the toe and rubber seal area. I followed their defective product return procedures. They shipped the boots back in one day without notification. Ups send me an alert about recveiving a package thats how I find out the defective boots are being returned. I called the manager and he tells me his team and manufacturer deemed the boots non defective. He admits the boots have gaps in them but that how some of them are made. You don't pay $170 for gaps in boots.
