SHE MAKES UP COMPLETE LIES ABOUT HERSELF, WHERE SHE IS FROM, AND WILL RANT RELENTLESSLY ABOUT YOU ONLINE ONCE THINGS START TO GO BAD. SHE IS EXTREMLY COMPETITIVE AND INSANELY JEALOUS. BUT SHE IS ACTUALLY JUST A MANIPULATIVE PREDATOR, SAYING ANYTHING TO ANYONE TO GAIN YOUR CONFIDENCE SO SHE CAN STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. Stephanie, Once again, the court records are the source of truth....clearly the judgement was in our favor.  Also, If we were such horrible tenants why did you try so hard to get us to renew our lease?

As for age shaming, as a 51-year-old I did follow the law, took you to court and won so I’d say that’s pretty mature.

 Heather Morotti is by far the most troublesome tenant we ever rented to. She complained about absolutely everything, including the problems that she caused -the supposed "vermin infestation" that the judge made them pay for.

We won every claim on the suit except vacant rent. You prohibited us from showing the house without the presence of the police because you refused to leave the property. Your own shoddy math proves it: your deposit was $2400 and you were awarded 3 times $1440 for withheld rent.

If you had won the full claim, three times $2400 would have been $7200. You won three times $1440, hence the just over $5k. We were going to appeal it but after making $30k off of you, we figured that paying $5k to never see or hear from you again was worth it... yet, here you are.

The remaining cleaning charges and pest control required after you vacated the property was awarded to us. Additionally, my name was never on the lease, hence it was never a judgement against me (and hence, rhe slander). Additionally, we made payment arrangements with you to pay in full and even though we did, you still filed for garnishment.

You are a rotten soul with obvious malicious intent. You asked to adjust the rent amount after signing the lease. When we said no, you were determined to be a nuisance. You complained about the water pressure of the shower WHILE the sprinklers were running.

You complained about the pest control issue that you created. You complained about anything and everything that you could, not to mention hundreds of harrassing emails. You turned away pest control and got charged for the fee, the judge upheld the charge.

Your husband moved a glass door from the garage by his own will and broke it. And the icing on the cake was that you had your husband come to our house as an intimidation tactic after we told you not to come to our home.

You are truly a mentally unstable woman, as proven by your attempts to damage my reputation over five years later. You are a fifty-one year old woman, perhaps it is time to act like one.

Here is a perfect example of the Ford’s ignorance of legal terms and complete confidence in throwing them around to make threats.  For your benefit Stephanie....

Definition of slander :

1: the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation 2: a false and defamatory oral statement about a person

 I am the tenant that reported the vermin in her rental. Stephanie agreed not to use poison at our request because of our dogs, then turned around and sent a vendor to the house to pace poison in the basement and the yard. We paid for the cost of the exterminator in the judgement which was about $50.

He husband did trap and remove several vermin during our rental contract. The dog food in the garage was stored in a Tupperware container. The judge ended up awarding me approx $5300 based on Stephanie is a legal withholding of my $2400 deposit. She’s a joke.

My husband and I rented a house from Stephanie and Shawnn Ford in Parker Colorado for one year. Right away we could tell they were dishonest landlords that wanted to illegally keep our deposit. When they withheld our deposit and even tried to charge us an extra dollar, we took them to court. Anyone can look up the public record and see that my husband and I were awarded three times the amount the Fords illegally retained.

It’s good they sold their house because they were really incompetent landlords And cause them selves undue financial harm out of ignorance. They like to pretend like are attorneys and know the law, it was actually kind of entertaining.

In the end the money we were awarded helped us put a down payment on our own home so we don’t have to deal with these types of landlords in the future. So it all worked out great. I know she talked about going to grad school and having a degree in the medical field and I don’t know if that’s true and quite frankly don’t care.

 This is your one and only warning to remove these false accusations about me. Here is what I can PROVE:

1) I was not the landlord. My name is nowhere on the lease.

2) This tenant sued and LOST in court. When garnishment was filed (just prior to this filing) she filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying us.

3) I have my college diploma.

4) I have taxes filed from my jobs in the medical field.

5) You attempted posting our home address which was redacted by this website. If you do not remove this post, I will subpoena this website for proof that you posted this and I pursue slander and liable charges. You lost in civil court. Would you like to try your hand at criminal proceedings? This is your last and final warning. If you do not remove this post by October 1st, I will file charges.

Nightmare Tenant

 This could be one of two nightmare tenants: 1) The first caused damages to our property, LOST their deposit and LOST their court case, then filed for bankruptcy to dodge paying us. 2) The second person stored dog food in the garage then wanted to break their lease due to a "vermin infestation". When we sent pest control to examine the problem, the tenant denied access to the property, then refused to pay for the trip charge for pest control. She refused to peave the property for us to show the property to re-rent it. She sued us for three times her damage deposit and in the 30 minutes we were allowed in court, we proved all charges except one, which we paid for. We set up payment arrangements and she filed to garnish my husband's paycheck, despit the payment agreement. She is a horrible and nasty person. Because of this tenant, we sold the house in 2016 so I have no idea why this is surfacing years later! Some people just don't let it go, I suppose. Neither has any knowledge of my college education which I obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemostry on May 18, 2014 at MSU Denver. I worked as a ski patroller at Eldora before college. I worked at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers and am pursuing my graduate degree to continue to work in the medical field. I had considered nanotech (specifically biomedical engineering) prior to the turn in science denial and rhe decline in the field. I don't know what has to be wrong with someone to have to post insane rantings in all caps years after, but please reveal yourself so that I may address these issue of your slander.
