On April 21st I got a letter in the mail about dish promotions.. I called and the lady took my information and I gave her my card number and was charged 49.99 for internet services, but when I call to see why they didn't show up for installation no body could tell me why the 49.99 was taken.. I called my card representative they told me that it was taken from dish but they could not find this payment... I need to know why they took it and what it was for.. she told me that it would be for internet services but they never showed up... dish say it was probably a activation fee, but she never mentioned a fee not activation.... They gave me the run around with numbers to call and nobody helped.. Will you?
