I hired him to Manage my boat in Florida and do a charter business and split the profits-He never did any charters that I know of and ruined my boat.Because I had a contract with him I could not report the boat stolen ( Sheriff said it was a Cival matter) By the time I figured out he was scam artist-he had sold the boat I lost the boat and my bank repossed it after they found it. They hired a repossion company and found the boat in Ft. Lauderdale-I had the boat for 3 years in Sarasota-I lived on it for 2 years and had to relocate back to my home in Dallas as my ex wife was dying and I had to help her..I lost my credit and he has ruined me-I can't pay for an attorney to sue him-He filed Bankrupcy and still operates and runs ads on the internet as a diesel mechanic working on Yachts and Motor Homes-The stae of Indiana also is looking for him for scamming RV owners ...
