Beware, Ebay Con Artist!!! This seller has multiple accounts that he sells under. If you bid you might get your product, or you might not, just read his feedback and see if you wanna take your chances! Even if you get it, could be months late, damaged, or not even the right item, and you usually have to harass this guy to even get your stuff sent. He will lie on ebay and say the deal was settled when it is not!
Seems to be a pattern, get a few "positives" to cover up a page or two of feedback, then start picking people to RIP OFF!! He will then say, "beware-problem bidder!" and "look at all my positive feedback"- We all know what your doing!
Look back far enough in his feedback and discover numerous people unhappy,- never got item, milked on shipping charges, items damaged or misrepresented, even one guy who was charged "SHIPPING TAX!!!"
Go a step further and contact some of these people for "the real juice"!

It's interesting how some people will try to 'scare' a company, such as this one, by threats of bringing lawsuits. If your attorneys are telling you that you have a case, I would suggest that you get new attorneys. The very first thing that a person learns in "Bussiness Legal Enviroment" is that Service Providers that provide a forum in which users can post information to are exempt from ANY AND ALL lawsuits arising from posts under federal statutes and codes, to be more precise, the "DMCA". In the words of Federal Judge Robert J. Kelleher "First, the "right and ability to control" the infringing activity, as the concept is used in the DMCA, cannot simply mean the ability of a service provider to remove or block access to materials posted on its website or stored in its system. To hold otherwise would defeat the purpose of the DMCA and render the statute internally inconsistent." Just to let your attorneys know, the case name is "Hendrickson vs. eBay" and the case was tried in the Central District Court of California. They might need to read up on the case, or go back to an undergrad university that teaches law courses!

THESE REPORTS ARE BOGUS ANGRY EBAY CUSTOMERS WHO NEVER SENT ME PAYMENT FOR AUCTION ITEMS.....I LEFT THEM NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON EBAY AND THEY RETALIATE BY REPORTING ME TO YOUR SERVICE THIS IS IGNORANT AND AGAINST THE LAW.........I AM SEEKING MY ATTORNEYS ADVISE AS TO WHERE WE SHOULD TAKE THIS WITH YOUR COMPANY......YOU GUYS COMMITED SLANDER HERE BY ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN........MY NAME AND PHONBE NUMBER?????????????UNACCEPTABLE???????????
