On Oct 18, 2016 I paid $87.95 to Rory Ricord of Lead Stream Marketing for a business opportunity...Blogging with Rory. His web site is www.bloggingwithrory.com. Phone numbers are 877-843-6846 and 877-310-5353. Steve Niumatalolo was assigned to me as a mentor with the purpose of helping me to build a business with Blogging with Rory. And his affiliate businesses Game Loot and Direct Cellars.
Steve told me if I gave him $1,000 he would create the business for me with Game Loot.. I gave him $1,000 on Oct 26, 2016. He did not help me with the business nor did he create a business for me. Later he had me sign up With Direct Cellars and was going to build a business for me instead of Game Loot.
I requested the money back from him on February 14, 2017 by certified letter to his home address (((REDACTED))), Draper, UT (((REDACTED))). He would not accept the letter.
On March 13, 2017 I sent him a text message that I wanted a refund since he did not build a business for me or do anything to help me. He did not respond. Phone number is 801-742-1719.
I also sent a certified letter to Rory Ricord at

I sent the letter return receipt and received a confirmation that it was delivered on 2/27/17. In the letter I explained to Rory that Steve had taken $1000 from me to build Rory's businesses and did not do so. I wanted this issue resolved. He never responded to my letter nor did Steve.
I have copies of all communication with Steve Niumatalolo.
