This guy had a poor eBay rating and history to begin with, begging the question why anyone would do business with him? You can attempt to contact your bank or the issuer of the money order, and try to get a copy of the instrument. This will have the seller's banking information (assuming they have a bank account). If they went through a check cashing service, they might even have a right thumb print! 27 negatives in 3 days? Wow, I'm impressed. No wonder eBay closed his account!
