Electronic Cigarette and Vaporize company.

BEWARE! Had 2 successful orders with this company - 3rd order never arrived. Tracking number provided showed no movement. Contacted their 'customer service' and they told ME to call the post office. That is a business' job - refused to re-ship, refund or even try to contact the post office themselves. BAD customer service - I will be doing a charge-back on my credit card. If the package actually WAS lost - the business should file a claim with the carrier (and I did not choose the carrier, they did). Low prices lured me in, but this is a small business that has not learned proper customer service and business practices. There are many, many, reputable larger e-cig companies online and I've already found a new one with excellent customer service.
