Stewart Cooper & Coon, Fred Coon Company is a bunch of used car salesmen. They do not provide refunds as promised. Rip-off! Phoenix Arizona

Stewart Cooper & Coon charges up to $15,000 for employment services. It promises to refund your money if you are not satisfied. Indeed, they do not refund your money.

Also, there are no people named Stewart and Cooper in the company. Only Fred Coon who is a blatant liar. So is Douglas Hoxeng. Do NOT use this company if you want employment assistance. They also do business under "FEC Careers".

Stewart Cooper & Coon does not keep its promises as it says on its website. They will string you along until you give up on trying to get your money back. Warning, don't get used like me!

The Accusation is Totally False

First, we totally reject the accusation as TOTALLY FALSE. We have never had a client by this name nor any person who has contacted us using this name either from the State of Florida or from Miami.

Second, this the work of a former employee that is experiencing a difficult period of adjustment to a disintegrating family situation and external financial pressures. While we are very sorry for their circumstances, it does not excuse this unprofessional behavior.

Third, I am prepared to open my offices and prove that no person, either in the past seven years or in the present time, ever existed by this name or in this location. You may visit our offices by appointment and we will gladly prove that this person does not exist.

Forth, I have a published refund policy in my contractual agreement with my clients and that agreement is on file with, and officially approved by, the State of Arizona, Department of Labor. I will be happy to share that with anyone who inquires about it.

Finally, it is a sad situation that we have to spend our time defending ourselves from false and terribly libelous accusations with no legal recourse open to us as a legitimate company.
