You are keeping bringing balance forward of $195.32 from June 29 to July 31, 2012 (see copy).
As I have mentioned in my Certified Letter to you dated August 9, 2012 (see copy), It is impossible for me to have used 2,575 KWH for that month. I am reading the electrical meter daily, and my usage is 50+- KWH during summer and 30+- KWH during winter. It is impossible for you to have read the meter and bill me accurately.
Old meter #1251134 was jumping from 1,000 to 5,000 KWH daily.
If you have billed me according to meter reading, then my bill would have been about 8,000 KWH a month
You have been stealing from me for many years. First with the old rotary meter, and when I did complained, you came remove the old meter and the evidence of over charging me and installed a new meter bringing the old meter error readings to the new meter.
You have a monopoly in electrical power, and you have been abusing this power.
You have been stealing from your customers and especially form our senior citizens blindly.

Dear Sir/Madam:
I do not agree with the recent bill I received form Georgia Power for the period of June 29-2012 to July 31-2012 (see copy).
I have taken all necessary steps to lower my electrical bills and did the following.
a) Not turning the 2nd floor central A/C instead using a window A/C to cool only my bedroom.
b) 1st floor, I have set the thermostat at 85 during the day and using fans, and 90 at nights.
Given all these measures that I have taken, I dont know how in the World I could have used 2,575 KWH as you indicated in your bill.
I strongly believe the problem is with your equipment.
Your July 2012 billing indicates meter reading 75,712 KWH ending July 31, 2012
Yesterday, August 8, 2012 at 3:30 p.m., your meter indicated 84,115 KWH.
How in the World I could have used 8,403 KWH in less than 8 days.
I am strongly believe that you electrical meter is going nuts and you shall check and see what the problem is. 
Changing the meter please dont do me like the last time removing the old meter and carry the errors and billing to the new meter.
For now, I will pay you $178.17 same as I did for May 30, June 29, 2012 bill, and please correct the problem ASAP.
I am a retiree, I live on a very low monthly Social Security income, and seeing these bills it raises my blood pressure. I dont want to have any heart attack Please.
