 This is an email I sent to corporate office since here locally management could care less.

I have given my notice to vacate 30 days in advance, Lisa Mendoza is manager of park as per her office personnel recd our request for rental history on 6-12-13, we have lived here for 4 yrs 2 yrs as renters, 2 yrs as homebuyers. She is not responding to the new place we are having to move to.

2 yrs ago when we purchased our home we were never told we could not move our home until paid in full 12 yrs from now this was not in our contract. 21st mortgage blaming Lisa/ Stonebridge and she is blaming them. I recently found out by calling to get information to move my home from 21st mortgage, they told me the contract is normally very vague on purpose The communities like Stonebridge do this on a regular practice. My lot rent went from $263.00 to $432.00 we decided at that point to put our home on a piece of land.

I am giving up the home I love because I refuse to be taken advantage of any longer. I have not paid my lot rent for this month yet as I am getting my financial things in order. So I am not sure if your company has a right to refrain from responding to my new landlord's request for rental history? or not but stonebridge will get their money since I am not the one who keeps the truth from people. I just want to leave here and be done with this. Just please maybe you can get her to respond considering her ofc people are waiting for her to do her job.

***update once I did speak to her she did say you have to pay in full before I can release your rental history this is our policy again making rules up daily as you go, assuring you mess over your consumers. I am not the 1st and won't be the last just be aware when purchasing a home already set up in park you will be screwed.

Just for future reference when a resident takes their time, energy and money it would ethically be appropriate to give them all the pertinent information such as YOU can never move your own home. We are the ones paying the note, I was approved for this home, but it's really not my home it's yours and some clause between you and 21st mortgage, That you never told us about.

 Total payoff or live in a trailer park for the next 12 yrs, Really? we would have never stopped the renting and saved ourselves all of this frustration. So we purchased a home 2 yrs ago that you knew we were going to want to move, you even gave me a phone # to someone who could help us get some land, that was another oppty to be honest.
