Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My husband and I got a card in the mail for their free Supper at a fancy hotel 60 miles away. We honostly went for the free meal! Some how there smooth talking technique lured us in. My husband told me to go to the all day seminar and find out what it was all about. Well $5300.00 later and a monthly payment for 2 years.... I now have 6 websites that were going to be so simple and easy, even for Me, the computer illiterate fool. I wanted 3 sites, but the salesman gave me some money earning hooplaa that I believed at the time, because he had 6 sites and he was doing so well and he got them all up and running within 6 months time- 1 site per month! Yeah Right! So I for some reason bought 6. I wasn't able to start working on the sites for a good month after I had purchased them, but seriously 2-3 days after I went into my first site to work on it, I got a call from a gentleman at PMI Coaching. They wanted me to join there mentoring program and wanted me to be one of there Success Story recipients that they talk about at the seminars, and when they have one in our area again, they would like to contact me and possibly have me speak about my success. The mentoring service would help me get my 1st site up and running within 30 days and the 5 other sites within 30 days each thereafter. I didn't want to spend $7000-10,000 on that. Instead I bought(?) into 1 mentor program to help me with my site,($4500.) thinking I could do the rest myself since this person was going to show me how to do the 1st one! Yah OK! I started the 30 minute, once a week, 10 week program on January 14, 2004. I got done with Bryant finally in late April, early May. My 10 week program turned into about 15-16 weeks. Well If I remember correctly, he went to California on vacation one week and while there came down with mono and was then gone for a few more weeks and couldn't make his weekly calls to his clients. We emailed back and forth, but he would not go any further on his training until we spoke on the phone, after a few weeks. Well needless to say I was finally able to submit my site in mid-May and waited for someone to contact me, because they tell you 10-20 days for the site to be up and running after you "publish" it. The programmer did e-mail me shortly after submission and told me he would start working on my site ASAP. After a month I made some expensive phone calls and having to hold for 10 minutes each time to speak to someone, I decided to do the Online Chat. The guy at SOL said that my site was up and running, but I could not get into it using my site # and password, or by entering in the URL that I had purchaed and submitted 2 months earlier! I couldn't find my site, it was under the storesonline.com/site/###### URL. Why was my site not listed under the URL that I had purchased? He said that was all up to me and the web hosting company, which I had purchased through SOL. I told him I would like for my programmer to contact me. He said he would take care of it. Almost 2 weeks later, still no word. I chatted with SOL a few times and they kept giving me the run-around. In late June, I chatted and was told they had a little mix up with my site, but would take care of it right away. July 19, still nothing. After several calls and complaints, I found out my programmer had been "dismissed" from the company and apparently he had misplaced some of his files/sites he was working on. August 25th they told me my site was programmed. YEAH! 3 months to get it programmed. Problem is- I still can't get into it through merchant services at StoresOnline. I was told upon completion of the programming I would be able to get into my site- well, Access is Denied! Everything that is said on all the other complaints is TRUE! This company needs to be put out of business! I will do what is needed to do that. There is more to my nightmare with Stores On Line. My one year expiration date is coming up in early December, and I only have 1 site (that has not gotten a single sale yet) and working on another. I want nothing more than to get my money back, at least some of it and to just be done with and rid SOL from my life. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out and tell me how or send me in the right direction to try and fight these scam artists. Trudi Wahpeton, North Dakota
