Esfrankie has Facebook advertising videos all over social media. There was a video for some leggings and I went to buy them because of all the positive comments and then I hesitated at the end and left them in my cart.
The company kept sending me emails with coupon codes and I eventually gave in. I made a purchase of $52. This is for several items. Right away the red flag showed when I got a fake tracking number that let me know where. When I contacted them by email they gave me a vague response and then eventually stopped replying.
I reported them through paypal. The videos keep showing up on my feed and I would comment that they were fraud and people should not buy from them and that comment would be deleted. I'm so angry that they were deleting my comments and sure enough I saw other comments popping up about them being a fraud and that the shipping numbers are bogus and those comments got deleted as well.
I have now been blocked from writing anything on their Facebook page and I still haven't received any resolution and I know there's no items coming because it's not a real store. So yes I'm out this money and I'm a sucker but the real problem is they are everywhere absolutely everywhere and i am sure they use several names. Storm media and esfrankie are 2 of them.
