We book service with Strategic Limousine Service for a 21st birthday party in Las Vegas. We paid for round trip service where they would drop us off and pick us up. The limo was late and when it finally arrived it was dirty. The inside of the limo had old tape stuck to the windows and dog scratches on the door pannel. The divider didnt work and we were told not to touch it or it would slam shut. The driver was dressed in a suit shirt that was way too big for her body and not all the way buttoned. Her breast were exposed. She brought her dog along for the ride which was very unprofessional. There was no room for our luggage and we were not helped in loading our bags. The drinks in the limo were warm and the air conditioning wasnt on which made the limo very hot.



I called the manager to complain and I was rushed off the phone. We got to Vegas and I was told by the manager that we would not have that driver for our trip home. Around 10am on the return day I called the manager to make sure we would have a new driver he said yes and the driver would be there in a hour or two because he was on his way. Well then about a hour before our pick up time the driver who drove us up to vegas calls to tell me they have no limo to pick us up. That they have been trying all morning to find a limo to come get us. So basically the manager lied when he told me the driver was on his way. She said the air conditioning went out and we would have to ride in that limo if we wanted to come home. Its mid summer in Las vegas and about 110 out. I was then told they couldnt find any other transportation for us.



I told them of other companies they could call to come get us but they wouldnt pay them. They didnt want to come out of pocket due to their error. I didnt know they only own ONE limo. They never came to get us in any car or send another to come get us. The manager was nasty and told me the limo wasnt dirty like I said it was when i called him from the limo. He also told me to rent a car to drive home. I had to pay for half of the party to fly home then the other half to take the greyhound bus. We couldnt find a car rental big enough for all of us since it was a big party. Plus all the rental offfices wanted a $200-$300 out of state drop off fee. I called him back and he said he would refund only half of the price I paid. I finally got him to refund $750 of the $1100 I paid for the services, but only after telling him I would sue him.



He didnt pay for our plane tickets or bus tickets. I am still waiting for my refund. Everytime I call him he tells me another story about the credit card processor. DO NOT book with this company. They are unprofessional and they dont care about you. They will leave you with no ride home and not care how you get home. They never called to make sure we got home safe, they ruined our trip! All together I had to pay for an extra night in a hotel in Vegas on a Friday which we all know how costly that is. Plane tickets, bus tickets and taxi rides to the bus station and airport. All together I was out an extra $850 bucks plus the $1100 limo ride.
