Stratix llc BUYER REALLY BEWARE! They stood up three appointments and NEVER called back and cancelled a project for no reason!
BUYER REALLY BEWARE! Randy Johnson of Stratix stood me up twice on two separate occasions. First he told me he would have an appointment with me to finish some web sites already started. Then he stood me up and I called and he gave me a so called quote for pricing to work on two existing sites. Then he said he has to talk to the "BOSS" to get it approved. He never called back...so I call him a third time...I get the"got to run it by the boss" word again and I will call you right back. Two days go by...no call from Randy. A partner goes on and buys a new web site from online advertised pricing and then they "REFUND" the money after the sale AND CANCEL OUR PROJECT WITH NO WARNING OR REASON because they say they can not build a web site at "quoted" pricing and they refund me without any notification whatsoever. The quoted pricing was their online advertised pricing! Then I chat with them and they send me an e-mail saying they can not build a web site for my company at their advertised pricing on line, because I spoke with Randy Johnson...who stood me up three times and never called me back! THIS COST US A WHOLE WEEK IN TIME...RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

Now you are lying! Our company is an LLC and one of the members contacted your company to find out why Randy Johnson was not getting back to us, after you quoted us and to enquire and see what was the long continuous delay. The sales rep took the order at the advertised online rate quoted from your web site. This LLC member paid Stratix LLC in full at the online quoted pricing and then was promised the site would be done in 72 hours and then your company "cancelled" the transaction at Randy Johnsons's request to try and get"more money" then the advertised prices. Stratix Digital Marketing Agency never notified any of our LLC members of the cancellation and we were under the assumption that our site was being finished, when in reality it was cancelled without any notification whatsoever and this person is lying to cover up the bad business practices of Stratix LLC.
Further note that it is now the belief of the members of our LLC that Randy Johnson lied to us claiming he had to get permission from the owner to give us his quoted pricing, as we now believe that Randy Johnson is one of the owners and that he lied to us about having to discuss this with the owner as well and he also lied about promising to get right back to us on the quote and then never returned the call and he did this on SEVERAL occasions. All the members of our LLC are very stable and we have done 10's of millions of dollars in business, but this company is exhibiting extreme instability and deception on every corner!

You were refused service because you weren't a fit for our company. You tried to have someone else sign-up for you, and once it was brought to our attention you were issued a full refund within a matter of hours. We don't do business with people who we deem may be a liablitly to our company. You review speaks to exactly why were were unwilling to take on your project. You weren't scammed out of any money and you were told several time that we weren't the right fit for you.
