Firstly, I must thank Kenneth Bittner for that very accurate response. Secondly, I must send my apologies to Terry that he was not able to find success with the Streamline Wealth System. As Kenneth stated, it is no longer in operation. This was my first venture in to online marketing and I had some very important lessons to learn, the first and most important being: Do not work with everyone, even if they beg you to do so. After speaking with Terry over the phone and through email, I assessed that this program that was assembled (I should mention that I was merely and affiliate of Streamline Wealth Systems and in no way an administer or developer), would not be appropriate for Terry. He had very limited computer skills and sent me weeks worth of incredibly long emails just asking questions on the program and explaining to me his complete history of being involved in WWII and many other details like his hatred and disgust with the ethnicity and religious beliefs of our president elect. After consulting with Chris and Kenneth, both suggested I not work with this individual because, although the system they had developed was wonderfully duplicatable and working for many people, myself included, some people are just too much of a challenge to work with due to psychological complexities that I am not equipped to handle. I told Terry that I wished him the best but preferred not to take him on my team at the time. He continued to email and strongly request that he be able to work with me and learn from me. My mistake came in yielding to his request. The struggle that unfolded was something I was not ready to handle. I remember him calling me once and getting my voice mail. I am a teacher of yoga and teach for 2 hours each week in my community. I cannot have my phone turned on for this time. He proceeded to call me 4 more times in a row during my class, each time leaving a progressively more hateful message about how I had scammed him and run away. How I was a terrible American and deserved go to war to learn how to be a respectable citizen. This was on his second day! My class was only for 1 hour, and I promptly called him back afterward. This type of behavior persisted. I tried all I could. I made youtube videos for him displaying how to log in to his godaddy account and back office because he said he was a visual learner. I set him up with a safelist that was working for my team. He couldn't figure out so I started doing mailings for his links on my accounts. After equally hateful emails sent by him to ListJoe, they actually emailed him and cancelled his account because even they couldn't handle his non-sensical accusing emails. I signed up individuals below Terry in his downline even though he was not able to and did my best to help him. I was not able to. If I had a $1 for every phone call and essay email I had to get through with this individual, I wouldn't need to be in online marketing to begin with! In short. I am not running any type of scam program with Chris and Kenneth. I have never even met either of them in person, nor are we even involved in similar opportunities anymore. I am very grateful for them, as are many others, for the awesome system they had put together, and I'm sorry that irrational folks like Terry Van Akin were responsible for the dismantling of such programs that were a true help to many people. If Terry asks to join you in your opportunity, learn from my mistake... ignore the phone calls, delete the emails, and place your focus and energy on people that have a genuine desire to work with you. I am currently involved in an opportunity that is working for many honest and capable individuals, if you would like to learn more about it, please contact me. Thank you, Rocky Heron [email protected]

Hello Terry, and to all others reading this insanity. Let me take a brief moment to accurately explain this situation. First of all, The Streamline Wealth System is no longer operating, and has not for some months now, for this exact reason. People who cannot appreciate others doing there best to help others. The Streamline Wealth System, was a great idea, to help many people in Shaklee grow their business. Chris, Rocky and myself, gave up thousands of dollars in what would have been hefty "fast start bonuses", to streamline those sponsorships under existing members. So to be called a crook, for actually giving up commissions to help people? Does that really make sense? I think not. Secondly, for a while everything was rolling smoothly, people where happy, they actually got a check for the first time in their lives from network marketing. But then, there also came a time, when the marketing that was being done, did not work quite as well, and thus not as many people were being streamlined as in previous months. This is the time when you came in Terry. So, on Rocky's behalf, I apologize that the system did not work for you. But I can assure you that it did for many others. As in life in general, you simply cannot please everyone, it is impossible. Furthermore, Shaklee's products do work. If they didnt, how do you think they became North America's leading nutritional company based on sales? Oh, and the requirement for product purchases for reps is 100BV per month, that is about $140 with shipping. Not $300...You chose to order more products, no one forced you to. In conclusion, I speak for Chris Pearson, Rocky Heron, and myself Kenneth Bittner in that I can assure all persons, that we are NOT crooks, and in fact literally gave up thousands of dollars in what we would of gotten from fast start bonuses, to place those people under other people, so they in turn would be compensated. No one else does this! Quite frankly I see why now, because people expect for you to build their business for them, it does not work that way! You are responsible for your own business! If you get help from your upline time to time, excellent! But ultimately you control the outcome of your own business. Thank you kindly, Kenneth

Hi Terry, I am a Shaklee Director and ran across across your post earlier. I sent this to Shaklee Legal and I got a reply that they will help you. Someone should be contacting you soon about this. Streamline Wealth is not a part of Shaklee and was run by an Indep. Distributor Joel Broughton in Canada. Joel is no longer with Shaklee, as Shaklee asked him to terminate his site or leave Shaklee. He left Shaklee. YEAH! Both Shaklee U.S. and Shaklee Canada are aware of this. Please be sure and post when Shaklee resolves this for you. My email is also on my Shaklee site if you would like to contact me. Tracey Shockey Shaklee Director http://www.wellnessiseasy.com
