Dealing with George Paatashvili has been the most unpleasant experience from our entire wedding and our worst nightmare.
He is rude, arrogant, stuck up and has no manners when dealing with customers. He is extremely hard headed and wants things done his way. When we first signed with 10 months ago, we were extremely excited to go with him as the first time we met he was great. Well all that changed once we signed the contract.
He never called us, not once. We had to call him to schedule the engagement session and because he was so busy we were scrambling last minute and didnt get our session done until right before the wedding. Once it got close to the wedding, once again, not one phone call, we had to call him becuase we wanted to discuss the day of the wedding. He sent us the sheet to fill out and that was it for communication until the wedding day.
But all the fun stuff happened after the wedding when we were waiting for the photos. It took forever to get our photos, more than double the amount of time that we were promised. When I brought this to George's attention I got yelled at, belittled, and was told that I am the ONLY bride that has ever had an issue with Studio 2000 (I find that very hard to believe). He talk only cash Canada Revenue Agency needs to audit him ASAP.
George really does think that he is perfect and cannot take criticism. He thinks he is the best photographer out there and nobody else compares. Forget about attempting to have a conversation with him, he will not let you get a word in. If you tell him that you are not satisfied with something, he gets angry and starts calling you names.
