Studio54design Paid $1089 for a web site and got nothing San Diego California
I contacted Marc A. Gaxiola about designing a web site.
I paid Marc at Studio54Design.com 1,089.00 Via paypal, per marc's request. He insisted that I use paypal and said he does not accept credit cards. I paid him and he waited 30 days before he made it clear. He knew he was not going to design my web site. He also knew I would submit a claim with paypal and they would not refund my money back because the 30 days had gone by. He was right, I got screwed. I gave him 1089.00 and I got absolutely nothing! Live and learn. Marc has threatened myself and my family many times. I have filed a police report about this and I am filing fraud charges against him. I'm not the only one that is filing fraud charges. I have contacted other victims and they are getting involved. All of marc's addresses are bogus, empty house, weekend rental properties etc. Studio54design has an answering service in Florida that takes messages for him 1800-994-6025, a front for him to hide behind. He works with some other people. If you are one of Studio 54 Design victims, let me know about it and I will forward the info to the police. They are investigating him now.

Larry Restop, the individual reporting the RipOff for Marc Gaxiola and Studio 54 has merit and he has every right to report. I know Marc Gaxiola personally and he is a scam artist in every sense of the word. His entire lifestyle revolves around ripping people off and has done so for many, many years, in many different forms. This is his way of supporting himself. There is a long list of scams behind his name. If you see this name, do not do business with him in any way. The only thing that is guaranteed with Marc Gaxiola is that you will lose your money. I can be contacted at any time for any information or assistance with fraud investigations.

These guys are the biggest rip off ever. They do nothing but lie. Studio54 Screwed me for $1089 ther mailbox company for $1200 and a motorcycle company for over 10,000. Marc and his girlfriend teamed up on the motorcycle shop your moms must be proud. I have proof of all of this. My site was shut down bulllshit another stupid lie . Ok I have been arested so what im no peter pan I never. I have been a good boy marc at studio54design has not. There is a case but marc is the one that is going to get into trouble call the police dept, ask them. The detective is bringiing the info I gave him to the district attorney to see about getting fraud charges filed on them. I will keep on digging up info and bringing it to the district attorney until he is in jail or I get my $1089 back.

This is a case of a loose cannon actually mirroring his own issues. In fact, Larry Restler of Metric Audio is the one with a criminal record and current criminal charges pending. Here is his case #04-074863 Dective Anshick is the detective in charge of his case. Not Only is that his current criminal charges, here is his mugshot from previous arrests. http://studio54design.com/larry.jpg It is infact Larry Restler with the history of theft. Look his multiple ID's On ebay and see how many times its been changed and his feedback for each one. Reference his above case number to get information on Larry resler of JulesTradingInc and metric audio to hear his death threats on tape, stalking strangers and doing sick things on voice mail to female employees. Studio54 has over 3000 past or present clients with only 2 resolved BBB issues. That is a fair and ethical track record. This is a smear tactic by a convicted criminal because his request for a refund A YEAR LATER was refused because his website was shut down for theft.
