the story is too long to even go into. i placed an order. they very promptly debited my card and sent a confirmation email. however, i never received an email with tracking. i tried to track on the site but there was never any status. i used the online chat for help ('jacob' is only employee who seems to work this). he said it shipped but no status was available. he said they'd email it to me in 2-5 days. and that i should have the shipment in 5-8. a week came and went and nothing was emailed or delivered.

i left them messeges and emails and never received a response. although the status when i tracked the order did finally say shipped. i did the online chat again and jacob gave me a tracking number which when entered on ups.com said it had been delivered 3 days before in texas. i'm in illinois. so i flipped out and told him how ridiculous this was and how did this happen and he just responded with 'sorry for the inconvenience' he then said he'd reship it.

i asked how long it was going to be because if it's going to be another month i don't even want it. he said he'd email me. so i totally lose it and go off about how 2x i've gone on there and they've said they'd email me and they don't and that i want my money back. but he would no longer answer me. the phone number boasts a recording about being open 24/7 but then ends up sending you to a voicemail. this website seriously needs to be shut down. never have i had such an experience with shopping online!
