Stylerunwaystylerunway/Purerunway.com i purchased two items which cost 200.00 on Dec. 8, 2007. everyday since then, i have never received a email confirmation number or tracking number. they continoiusly lie Internet
On December 8, 2007, i purchased two items from stylerunway.com. When i didn't receive a confirmation number the next day or so, i could only contact them via live chat on the website. I always chatted with sindy and one time with jacob. they always told me how they all ready shipped my items or told me to be patient they will email me a confirmation number.
when i still didn't receive my purchase before christmas, i contacted them again via live chat and sindy told me a different story. she told me that it will take 5 days from the day i contacted her, which was Dec. 30, to receive a tracking number. I told her don't i need a confirmation number first? I then told her that i will be filing charges against the company for internet fraud and then she never resonded. she disconnected me and when i go back on to the live chat, she never answeres my questions.
my purchase total was 200.00. on dec. 9, 2007 it was deducted from my account i still have not received anything. they either tell me my items are to be shipped the next business day or in 5 days i should get a tracking number. when i called the customer service number to file a complaint, the number does not work.
i have been ripoff and everyone needs to know that this company is still taking orders and not sending items out to the customers. something needs to be done to shut this company down and charges need to be initiated so someone behind all of this can be held accountable.
